The WSF World Junior Squash Championships are underway in Melbourne, Australia. The 12 days of thrilling action between 18-29 July consisted of both Individual Championships and Team Championship. Team Hong Kong, China continues to compete in the Women’s team event from 24-29 July. 

Ena Kwong, Leung Ka Huen, Wai Sze Wing and Tse Yee Lam, Toby team up and play in the team championship amongst the other 13 countries. In the first three days, the team Hong Kong, China got three wins 3-0,2-1,3-0 against Team Singapore, India, and Ireland. On game day 4 today, the team will try their very best to make sure they can return home with a medal if they beat team England.

The game is intense as expected. Tse Yee Lam, Toby plays against Asia Harris. Toby has beaten Asia Harris in the special plate event of the individual championship. However, she cannot keep the momentum going and lose by 11-2,9-11,8-11 and 5-11. In the second game, Ena Kwong brings the Team Hong Kong, China back to victory by winning 11-5,11-8,11-7 vs Isabel Mccullough. In the last decision game, team Hong Kong, China sent Wai Sze Wing to play against Amelie Haworth. However, she cannot make it through for Team Hong Kong, China to lose against Amelie Haworth by 5-11,7-11, and 6-11. The team will continue to play in game day 5 tomorrow against Team Australia to fight for the 5th finish.
