It aims to enhance primary students' interest in mini-squash and to boost their confidence. Through fun-filled games as well as modified sports rules, skills and equipment that suit the physique of students, this Programme enables students to enjoy the fun of mini-squash. Moreover, badges award schemes are introduced to help students know their performance in sports. To stimulate students' interest in learning easy sports, the LCSD will organize the Fujifilm Inter-school Easy Sport Competition every year and invite all primary schools to take part.

Arrangements for SSP Activities under Air Quality Health Index (AQHI)
School Demonstration (Primary and secondary chool students)
Veteran coaches assigned by the Hong Kong Squash will visit schools to introduce to students the basic skills and rules of mini-squash/ mini-squash as well as to give demonstrations. Students will be invited to enjoy the fun of various sports in the play-in sessions.
Easy Sport Programme (Primary school students)
The training covers forehand and backhand, service, basic skills, boundary lines, scoring method and competition rules of mini squash. Coaches will assess students' skills regularly.
