HKG took the title of the Pre-EAG Doubles

(29 Jun) Congratulations to the Hong Kong Team who took all the titles of the three doubles events in the Pre-East Asian Games Squash Championships which were finished on last Saturday. Guests presenting the medals to the winners were Mr David Mui (Chairman, HK Squash), Dr Tommy Tam (Vice-Chairman, HK Sports Institute) and Mr Kim Won-Kwan (President, Korean Squash Federation). We wish that our athletes would continue to do well in the coming East Asian Games in December.

(24 Jun) Congratulations to our Hong Kong Team including Dick Lau Siu-wai, Max Lee Ho-yin, Anson kwong Yu-shun, Leo Au Chun-ming, Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin, Annie Au Wing-chi, Joey Chan Ho-ling and team manager and coach Tony Choi. They beat Japan, Korea, Chinese Taipei, China, Macau China to retain the title of the "4th East Asian Championships (The Pre-East Asian Games Championships) while Japan took silver and Korea took Bronze medal. Crocodile HK Closed Championships 2009

(13 Jun) Title Sponsored by CROCODILE GARMENTS LTD., the "Crocodile HK Closed Championships 2009" finished successfully. Women's Championship Annie Au Wing-chi beat Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin in the final to win her 1st title while the youngest HK men's champion Dick Lau Siu-wai defeated Max Lee Ho-yin to retain his 3rd titles. (11 Jun) Semi-finals of the men's and women's championships of the Crocodile HK Closed Squash Championships 2009 will be commenced tomorrow (12 June). 6pm - Annie Au vs Joey Chan; 6:30pm - Rebecca Chiu vs Christina Mak . HK took 6 medals in K.L. Junior Championships

(3 Jun) Congratulation to our juniors who won medals: 2 golds (Ho Ka Po - GU15, Choi Uen Shan - GU13), 2 silvers (Fung Ngo Long - BU17, Ho Ka Wing - GU11), 2 bronzes (Lo Cheuk Hin - BU15, Lee Ka Yi - GU17) in the Milo All Stars International Junior Championships 2009 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malasysia. HK Team won the 1st Chinese National Championships

(30 May) Congratulation to team members who participated in the 1st Chinese National Team Championships held in Xiamen from 26th to 30th May and we won the gold medal. There were a total of 14 city teams (including HK) competing in the tournament. Our team members were: Wong Wai Hang, Wong Hon Fung, Wong King Yat, Ho Tsz Ho, Christina Mak and Dorothy Ko. Fujifilm Mini-squash Scheme 2009/2010 - Mini-squash Training Course & Award Scheme

World Squash Day

(25 May) May 23 was the World Squash Day, Hong Kong Squash organized the 9th World Squash Coaching and Development conference between 22 to 24 May 2009.

We were very pleased to have the presence of the Hon. Timothy Fok, IOC Member and Preseident of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, who delivered a very encouraging speech to all the participants of the conference in support of the World Squash Day (Squash for 2016).

Mr. Gerald DeCourcy, Vice-President of the World Squash Federation and Mr. David Mui, Chairman of Hong Kong Squash accompanied Mr. Fok in a group photo with all the participants come from around the world.

Lee won the title in Australia!

Qatar International Junior Open 2009 - HK took silver
